It is very complicated to transfer hereOct 31 2013Electrical Engineering
It is very complicated to transfer here. There are lots of hoops to jump through and a tight schedule to follow. I had to sit through TWO interviews because the first time I was waiting on my grades to come through for my last semester at CC. They take your FULL academic history. If you went to two universities before transferring to Drexel it all gets averaged together.

Good luck.

I've recently been accepted into Drexel for Fall 2013Feb 03 2013Psychology
I've recently been accepted into Drexel for Fall 2013. I'm a transfer student majoring in Psychology. Since I had more than 24 credits to transfer with, all they needed was my current community college transfer which was a 3.2 gpa. I also provided a letter of recommendation which is NOT required for transfer students. Even though I haven't started Drexel yet, I feel that I'm going to love the school. I just love being in the city. My advice is to apply and get as many scholarships as you can! The college is very expensive, but I feel like it'll all be worth it in the end. I heard that their Psychology program is top notch when it comes to research. I can't really speak for any other majors. I'd say for anyone who is planning on coming here to start off in a community college for the first two years (like me), then Drexel. It'll save you a lot of money. Over all, I'm VERY excited to attend Drexel this fall, and I'm hoping for nothing but the BEST!

Decent gradeNov 06 2012Finance
Decent grades are accepted for now but the school has been rising among the ranks every single year. Get here now, because it will be an elite school in the near future. Big plans are underway and because it is a for-profit school that knows how to invest their money, the recession didn't really cut back production and output. Many state of the art buildings are being built right now and its only going to be recognized as a better university from here on out.

I wrote an above average essay and had good SAT's, GPA doesn't matter here. (2.5 in high school) yet 1800 SAT, 1210 without the writing portion.

I recommend if you want to meet the requirements to get in here, you go to a better school for a more affordable price.

Try Rutgers, Stockton or Temple.
